Join Andrew Weisman, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Strategist at Windham Capital Management, LLC, Jason Casey. Associate Director and member of the OCIO Investment team for Commonfund, and Paul Lucek, CEO & Co-CIO at Ridgedale Advisors for an insightful panel discussion on the intersection of inflation and commodities, and the motivations behind the surge in interest from global institutional investors. According to Soc Gen’s Fall 2023 investor survey, approximately 40% of these investors are gearing up to venture into commodity investments within the next year. But what’s driving this trend? Is it solely an inflationary concern, or are there other factors at play?

Our panelists will explore various drivers such as alpha sourcing, portfolio completion strategies, supply chain disruptions amid geopolitical tensions, and the evolving global environment. From emergent economic themes to climate-related impacts and political shocks, we’ll dissect the diverse facets influencing investment decisions in commodities. Discover the diversification benefits and the strategies employed to harvest returns in commodity markets. This discussion will span investment styles, portfolio management techniques, the significance of return forecasting, and the technical nuances inherent in commodity investing.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain invaluable insights into one of the most compelling asset classes in today’s volatile market environment. Join us and be part of the conversation shaping the future of commodity investing.
