Deepika (Dee) Sharma is Director of Portfolio Construction in BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS), which includes the global Outsourced CIO (OCIO) and Wealth Solutions business, with allocations across public and private markets. Most recently, Dee was the Global Head of Manager Selection, with a focus on selecting and combining external strategies across public and private markets. Deepika has spent over 15 years in portfolio management, research, and asset allocation with a focus on multi-asset investing and published extensively including in the Journal of Investing. Prior to joining BlackRock, she was a Portfolio Manager and Director of Investment Research at Astor Investment Management, a $2bn asset management firm, where she built a multi-alternative strategy awarded with Refinitiv Lipper awards for outstanding performance. She previously worked within the Fixed Income Proprietary Trading group at Nomura and began her career as an analyst on the structured credit desk at Lehman Brothers. Deepika recently served as Chair of the Board of Directors at CFA Society New York, the largest of the 142+ societies that comprise CFA Institute worldwide with over 10,000 members.  Deepika holds a Masters in International Finance at Columbia University.

Mike Delli Paoli, Co-Head of Investment Due Diligence – Senior Vice President, Rockefeller Global Family Office
In his current role, Mike oversees the qualitative and quantitative analysis of long-only global equity, fixed income and hedge fund strategies managed by third parties for the Rockefeller Global Family Office. Mike joined Rockefeller in June 2023, and previously served as the head of fixed income (2021-2023) and head of U.S. equity (2016-2021) for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Global Investment Manager Analysis unit. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2013, Mike served as an investment analyst for Merrill Lynch since 2008. Previous experience includes civil infrastructure design and consulting services. Mike holds an MBA in finance from Georgetown University, an MS in civil engineering from N.C. State, a B.S in civil engineering from Penn State, and a Professional Engineer license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Ya Tung, CIO, Jefferies Family Office
Ya Tung is the Chief Investment Officer for the Jefferies Family Office where she oversees the platform that invests capital on behalf of Jefferies senior executives and employee-partners. Prior to joining Jefferies, Ms. Tung was a Managing Director at GCM Grosvenor, an asset management firm with $70bn in AUM. While at GCM Grosvenor, she shared leadership responsibilities for overseeing the private equity business and team, including shaping investment strategy and portfolio construction. Prior to GCM Grosvenor, Ms. Tung was at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a member of the investment team and the Strategy lead for U.S. middle market in XIG (External Investment Group) of GSAM (Goldman Sachs Asset Management). Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Tung served in corporate functions that focused on cost control, operating efficiencies, and production. Ms. Tung earned her B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
