New York Alternative Investment Adds Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office as Non-Profit Sponsor
New York, NY, January 13, 2020 – The New York Alternative Investment Roundtable is pleased to announce the Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office as its newest non-profit sponsor.
The Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office (LTIO-NY) is the New York-based arm of the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy dedicated to facilitating international business expansion for both U.S. and Canadian companies, as well as Luxembourg-based entities. LTIO-NY helps companies in the Eastern part of the United States and Canada expand their businesses into Luxembourg and gain a foothold in European markets, while it works to help Luxembourg-based organizations develop a presence in the U.S. market. Industry experts within LTIO-NY assist companies with everything from providing connections to potential business partners and key government contacts, to educating them about the unique policies and business environments within the country they are establishing a new presence –whether Luxembourg, or the U.S. for Luxembourg-based businesses.
“The Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office’s in-depth knowledge of the global business landscape, and the ins and outs of the financial landscape and policies in both Luxembourg and the U.S. makes it an invaluable addition to the Rountable’s existing sponsors,” said Alessandra Tocco, President of the New York Alternative Investment Roundtable. Added Kunjan Mehta, the Roundtable’s Vice President: “We look forward to learning from their global perspective and believe it will prove extremely beneficial to our members.”
Jeanne Crauser, Executive Director of the Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office in New York, said she is excited about the new partnership. “The Roundtable’s dedication to keeping the alternative investment industry educated about the most topical issues in the business world, coupled with its focus on fostering best practices, makes it an extremely attractive partner for our office. We look forward to contributing to the Roundtable’s ongoing efforts in these areas –especially at a time when such significant changes are taking place in the global business arena.”
