Lisa Dallmer most recently served as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock’s Global Technology and Operations Group, where her focus included operating model strategy delivering enterprise value, strategic business planning, operational risk and control, and driving tech enabled process reengineering. She worked across the organization addressing worldwide operations for all asset classes and geographies. Prior to BlackRock she served as COO and Executive Vice President for European Markets for Euronext (Paris), where she led a $650M portfolio of revenue and the pan-European consolidation of market services for European trade operations and technology. She was named among the “100 Most Influential Women for European Financial Services” in 2011 and 2013 by Financial News.

Rivka Levitan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at Brooklyn College, and in the Computer Science and Linguistics Programs at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her research focuses on the detection of paralinguistic and affective information from speech and language, with special interest in the information carried by dialogue and prosody. She received her PhD in computer science from Columbia University in 2014.
