The British Consulate in New York, alongside the City of London, the Investment Association, and the Green Finance Institute invites New York Alternative Investment Roundtable members to take part in an exclusive half-day virtual conference on the intersection of ESG and FinTech. The conference will consist of three roundtables followed by a virtual networking reception. The conference is designed as an open forum for senior leaders in banking, asset management, and FinTech to share ideas, demo solutions, and discuss ways to overcome key challenges with ESG adoption, sustainability, and the transition to net zero within financial services.

This event is part of the Department for International Trade’s ESG & Green FinTech Mission to New York Climate Week taking place September 20-30. The trade delegation showcases 11 leading UK-headquartered FinTech companies specializing in ESG and sustainability for financial services, all of whom will be present during the conference. The UK Department for International Trade alongside the Investment Association will host a discussion on how the financial industry is expanding ESG data capabilities to generate more reliable ratings, more coherent reporting, and higher returns. This roundtable will bring together experts from the UK and the US to discuss the latest trends, obstacles, and opportunities as they relate to current data challenges impacting wider ESG understanding and adoption.
