Milissa Hutchinson is the head of US Wealth Management at Macquarie. Milissa had a leadership role in the consolidation and branding of Macquarie Asset Management in the US, including Delaware Funds, Ivy Investment, and Central Park Group. Macquarie is a top 50 global asset manager with nearly one trillion dollars (AUD) under management. In addition, Macquarie is the top Infrastructure finance bank globally. 

Spearheading the conversation will be Deirdre Bolton, Head of Executive Development at Prosek Partners. An acclaimed financial journalist and business news broadcaster at ABC News, FOX Business, and Bloomberg, Deirdre contributes to the firm’s crisis communications, executive development, media training, and leadership. Founded in 1990, Prosek Partners is a leading global communications and marketing firm that specializes in financial services. Prosek Partners is a certified Woman-Owned Business.

Milissa Hutchinson is Head of US Wealth Distribution for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), a role she assumed in December 2023. She and her team are responsible for the distribution of our investment strategies across the private and public markets to our US Wealth clients. Previously, she was Head of the Strategic Relationship Group, where she was responsible for partnering with strategic US Wealth partners to identify growth opportunities across the firm’s private and public business, while effectively communicating the firm’s capabilities and strategies to its key distribution partners. Prior to joining Macquarie, she was an Investment Product Specialist at J.P. Morgan Chase. Before that, Milissa was an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and she started her career in the mutual fund department at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Milissa is a board member of Girls, Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, with a major in economics and a minor in finance from the University of Miami, and she holds her Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses. Milissa holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Deirdre Bolton is a Managing Director and Head of Executive Development at Prosek Partners, where she contributes to the firm’s crisis communications, executive-level media training and thought leadership teams. An accomplished journalist and TV anchor, Ms. Bolton brings her wealth of experience from ABC News, Fox Business Network and Bloomberg TV to Prosek; she is known for being adept at translating complex financial concepts into understandable ideas and facts. Most recently at ABC News, Ms. Bolton covered the global economic consequences of the pandemic and the land war in Europe for “World News Tonight,” “Good Morning America,” “Nightline” and “GMA-3.” Throughout her TV career, she has been on the ground for numerous events that have shaped our era. Ms. Bolton also extensively covered the 2007-2008 financial crisis, launching a show at Bloomberg TV called “Money Moves with Deirdre Bolton,” a nod to money moving out of stocks and bonds and into alternative assets. Before working in TV, Ms. Bolton started her career on Wall Street selling European equities to U.S. portfolio managers.
