Vittorio Pracca has been with the Azimut Group for almost thirteen years, and prior to moving to the United States, was based in the Group’s Headquarter in Milan and was responsible for Corporate Development and Investor Relations for a decade. Mr. Pracca has been directly involved in the creation of AACP in 2019 and has worked on all five GP Staking transactions completed by AACP since inception. He was also actively engaged in all of the Group’s M&A activity in the United States across the broader Asset Management and Wealth Management space, as well as the creation of Azimut’s Private Markets division in Italy in 2015.
Prior to joining Azimut Group, Mr. Pracca was a Senior Associate at Société Générale in the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance groups and spent five years at Citigroup (in London and Milan) in the Investment Banking and M&A groups.
Mr. Pracca holds a Financial & Business Economics degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi / NYU Stern School of Business.
Ian Brown-Christenson serves as Director – Capital Formation. He facilitates the ability of outside investors including family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions to co-invest with the firm and our principals & shareholders.
Ian has almost a decade of investment management experience, including significant experience in wealth management and business development. Most recently, he served as Assistant Market Head for UBS Private Wealth Management in New York City where he worked closely with Private Wealth Advisors and their high net worth and family office clients.
Ian graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in Finance while also serving his community as an Emergency Medical Technician in the Greater New York City area. He earned his Certificate in Financial Planning from New York University in 2014 and received the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2015. Ian is a lifelong resident of the New York City area and is a Greensward Council member of the Central Park Conservancy in Manhattan.
Sarah Shenton is the Chief Operating Officer and internal lead of the Goldman Sachs Value Accelerator.
She built the value creation platform, which is the infrastructure and set of capabilities that provide operational expertise and resources to accelerate portfolio company performance. She partners with management teams on value creation priorities for companies across all strategies of the GS Alternatives investing business. Prior to her current role, she was an investor within Goldman Sachs Growth and Principal Strategic Investments groups, where she led investments in fintech and enterprise technology companies. Before that, Sarah managed Operations, Risk and Technology teams at Goldman Sachs with a focus on data & analytics.
Sarah serves on several private equity and non-profit boards. She earned an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics and Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton, and an executive MBA from Columbia University.
