Stephanie Park, Director, Private Equity, Apogem Capital
Stephanie Park is a director in Apogem Capital’s private equity group. She joined Apogem in 2022 and previously worked at one of Apogem’s predecessor firms GoldPoint Partners from 2010 to 2012. Her experience includes M&A investment banking at Citigroup and a decade of finance and operations experience at various fashion and e-commerce companies, including ANN, Inc., Donna Karan, Flight Club, and Paravel. Immediately prior to joining Apogem, she helped found the investment firm Tetra Impact Partners. Stephanie holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Antonio Rodriguez, Director of Investments, Building Service 32BJ Fund
Antonio Rodriguez is currently Director of Investments at the Building Service 32BJ Funds, a collection of eleven multi-employer retirement and health, and benefit funds with assets totaling $9.4 billion. Prior to his role at the 32BJ Benefit Funds, Antonio was the Director of Investment Strategy at the New York City Board of Education Retirement System. Antonio has also served as a trustee for four of the New York City Retirement Systems (NYCRS). Before holding various roles at NYCRS, he was Research Director at SEIU Local 1107 in Las Vegas and a Financial Analyst with the SEIU Capital Stewardship program in New York. Antonio is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and CUNY-City College of New York, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Certificate in Performance Measurement.

Felipe Lemos, Head of Investor Relations, Kawa
Felipe Lemos joined Kawa at its inception in 2007, and served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer through 2018.  He currently leads Kawa’s Investor Relations Team, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding the company’s communication strategy.  Prior to joining Kawa, Felipe worked with European and Latin American investors in the South Florida real estate industry, cultivating commercial and residential real estate lending expertise.  Felipe also spearheaded the Latin America and Europe expansion for the Brand Institute and was instrumental in launching several new products in the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors.  Felipe holds a B.A. in history from Duke University, with a focus on Latin American Economic Development.
