Lisa Vioni is founder and CEO of Hedge Connection, which connects fund managers and allocators through investor-introduction events and networking opportunities. Prior to founding Hedge Connection, she served as director of marketing at Ellington Management Group and previously at Singleterry & Co., where she oversaw all aspects of client relationships including raising money, organizing company events, developing marketing strategy and client servicing in both roles. Before moving into hedge fund marketing, she was on the sell side at Lehman Brothers Securities, where she works as a senior vice president in mortgage backed securities –institutional sales. Beyond Wall Street, Ms. Vioni has produced three Broadway shows, including Long Day’s Journey Into Night, for which she won a Tony Award. She holds a bachelor of arts in French studies and a minor in Economics from Smith College.

Robert Worthington is a Managing Director and Head of Independent Wealth Solutions at iCapital Network. His experience in the alternative investment industry includes sales, sales management, investment products and general company management. Prior to joining iCapital he held senior positions at Brookfield Asset Management, Hatteras Funds, JPMorgan Asset Management and Undiscovered Managers. He has been actively involved in the creation, structuring and sales of alternative investment products since 2001.
