The leveraged credit market, now valued at over $4 trillion, stands as one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding asset classes. This growth is driving an unprecedented demand for skilled credit analysts across the finance industry.
Join us for an in-depth session with Michael, who will walk you through his seven-step credit analysis process, specifically designed to prepare you for a successful career in credit investing. Whether you’re on the buy-side or sell-side, this process provides the essential technical skills needed to excel in the debt markets. From private debt loan originations and new issues of broadly syndicated loans (BSLs) to high-yield bonds (HYs) and secondary trades, you’ll gain the comprehensive knowledge required to make informed and strategic investment decisions.
Additionally, the session will delve into the complex world of distressed debt investing. Michael will offer insights into bankruptcy and restructuring strategies, shedding light on how to navigate and profit from opportunities in this opaque market. Using case studies like J. Crew and Serta, he’ll unravel the strategies that have led to creditor-on-creditor violence, providing a rare insider’s perspective on some of the most misunderstood transactions in the distressed arena.
Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the field, this event is an invaluable opportunity to enhance your expertise in credit analysis and stay ahead in one of the fastest-growing areas of finance.
