In February, Mark Yusko told a NYHFR audience that as volatility returns to the markets we can expect a “boom” in hedge fund creation. Nevertheless, many of these funds, because of their size, will grapple with serious business challenges. One set of these challenges includes how to cost-effectively manage human resource services including payroll, benefits (healthcare/dental/vision etc.), and back-office compliance.
