The New York Alternative Investment Roundtable Celebrates 20th Anniversary and Announces Inauguration of New President

New York, NY — The New York Alternative Investment Roundtable proudly commemorates two decades of excellence in shaping the alternative investment landscape. Established in 2003 by Stanley Goldstein and a team of industry professionals, the Roundtable has been a steadfast force in fostering industry best practices, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth.

The celebration of our 20th anniversary will be a testament to the Roundtable’s enduring commitment to advancing careers, promoting best practices, and creating a dynamic community for alternative investment professionals. This milestone event will take place on December 14, 2023, bringing together our esteemed members, sponsors, past speakers, and special guests for an evening of reflection, networking, and inspiration.

Timothy P. Selby, Chairman of New York Alternative Investment Roundtable and Partner at ALSTON & BIRD, expressed his admiration for the organization’s members, “For two decades, the Roundtable has had an impressive stream of volunteers that contribute their time, ingenuity, and thought leadership, fostering ethical practices in the industry and elevating the level of understanding of the benefits of alternative investments within the financial services community.”

The Roundtable has appointed Kunjan Mehta, who is a partner at Grant Thornton, as its new President for 2023. With comprehensive expertise in the alternative investment industry and a renewed approach, Kunjan will lead the Roundtable into its next chapter. The installation ceremony will highlight the continuity of leadership and the Roundtable’s commitment to its core values of promoting industry best practices and education. Kunjan will continue to enhance the Roundtable’s role as a thought leader in the alternative investment landscape.

The anniversary celebration will take place on December 14th. This sold-out event will include members, industry professionals, and prestigious speakers.
