Stanley Goldstein established Goldstein & Company in 1964, which grew into Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company. Under Mr.Goldstein’s leadership, GGK went on to become a major accounting firm when it was purchased by American Express in 1998. While at GGK, Stanley began working closely with City Associates, one of the very first hedge funds to enter the market. Mr. Goldstein was co-founder of Lucas Capital Management, the first hedge fund to specialize in Canadian Royalty Trusts. He was an early investor in Gerson Lehrman Group, the originators of the expert network consulting model and go2net, one of the stars of the .com period. His newest ventures are Novus, Clear-Serve, Artivest and eqalitycardproject.com. He is the founder of several nonprofits including American Friends of James Joyce and the Donors’ Forum, a roundtable of grant-making foundations and family offices. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Brooklyn College and the founder of the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable.
